Capable Services was founded in 2020 as a response to meet the need for genuine care by the community services sector in the Cairns and Brisbane localities. We embrace a “family” culture that is key to providing the person-centred boutique service we are well known for in the communities we serve. Our team takes time to listen and is genuinely caring. As a result, we are known for our excellent reputation for prioritizing quality and caring service for our valued NDIS participants. We also believe in providing a safe and caring environment for our valued staff that want to make a difference in their community. Being an NDIS registered provider early this year, Capable Services stands as an established and preferred service provider within the community.
Ronald Fave – Co Founder and CEO
With over 20 years of firsthand experience in the disability, aged care, youth, and community services, combined with over 14 years’ experience in finance and banking in Papua New Guinea, New Zealand and Australia, Ronald believes in empowering and equipping the team at Capable Services while driving positive and transformative change for vulnerable members of the communities that Capable Services serves.
Nilusha – Co Founder and Executive Support Officer
Nilusha comes with experience in entrepreneurship and management with a background in Education and the Arts that has seen her function in mentoring roles with strengths in organisational solutions, systems analysis and compliance. Nilusha believes in a reflective management style that leads to continuous improvement in the operational systems implemented at Capable Services.
