I am a dedicated and caring Support worker, Allied health assistant, Personal trainer and Education Support Cert 1V Teacher Aide (department of education) and Rhythm to recovery facilitator.
With over 10 years experience working with children and adults along side their families I am determined to help each person in achieving their individual goals.
With vast knowledge, experience and an extensive range of qualifications and skills I am equipped to support in many different areas of need.
My calm, understanding personality and reassuring manner along with excellent communication helps to put clients at their ease. I encourage people to find and use their own voice to express themselves with the goal to help increase their independence in day to day living.
Together we will increase overall health and well-being, set up programs for positive daily routines, improve fitness skills and learn relaxation techniques to self-regulate and enhance overall confidence.
