NDIS - Support Coordinators
HKS Russell also offers support coordination to help participants understand their NDIS Plan. We assist participants by implementing supports in their plan by connecting with service/non servicer providers, allied health, community + other government services where required. To be able to help build your confidence + skills to use + co-ordinate your supports is what we’re passionate about.
