As Plan Managers, we take the administrative burden away so our participants can concentrate on the important things. NDIS - Support Coordinators
HKS Russell also offers support coordination to help participants understand their NDIS Plan. We assist participants by implementing supports in their plan by connecting with service/non-service providers, allied health, community + other government services where required. To be able to help build your confidence + skills to use + co-ordinate your supports is what we’re passionate about.
We will work with you to:

◻ connect with supports + services + exercise choice + control
◻ use your plan to meet your individual needs
◻ set up supports + services which includes understanding service agreements + service bookings
◻ review your support arrangements + apply changes where required
◻ management of your plan + connections with support services
◻ plan + prepare for your plan review
We work with participants who are located in Cairns and across Australia, with a special focus on the remote regions of Cape York, the Northern Peninsula, and the Torres Strait.
