We offer individual tailored therapy with a strong emphasis on showing ‘down to earth’ support, genuine care and empathy. We can provide counselling support to a vast range of ages from young children to youth to adults.

The centre offers comfortable rooms to suit individual counselling, art and sandplay therapeutic work as well as groups.
Also on offer are support groups for Indigenous men and women from 18 through to the elderly.
These groups will be run by male and female Indigenous Facilitators who have had extensive experience in running and teaching groups of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander men and women of all ages. The Men's group and women's groups will be run separately. Participants will be grouped according to their age range. Group sessions will be ongoing and held weekly throughout 2022.
