North QLD Diabetes Services provides practical, evidence-based diabetes education and staff training designed specifically for aged care facilities, nursing homes and healthcare organisations across North Queensland
Our goal is simple: improve staff confidence, strengthen diabetes knowledge and support safer, more consistent diabetes care through practical education.
With more than 10 years’ experience in diabetes education, we understand the challenges faced by healthcare teams managing residents living with diabetes. Services are flexible and can be delivered on-site or online to suit facility needs.
This service focuses on education, training and quality improvement support and does not replace clinical decision-making or individual medical management.
