🔵 Bookings:
Click on image, top right for sessions and prices.
Book through Eventbrite, email (jodiecox@futureplan.net.au) or reach out for a free initial chat to allow us both to see where I might be of assistance to you with any NDIS-related billing compliance issues.
🔵 What You’ll Gain
My structured courses are 3-4 hours in-person (1:1 online available) sessions providing:
🟢 Clear, practical knowledge you can apply immediately in your business
🟢 Tools and tips to optimise your billing process to maximise getting paid
🟢 A better understanding of how the PAPL, Operational Guidelines and NDIS Pricing framework applies to you and your business
🟢 Opportunities to ask questions and share examples
🔵 Who Should Attend
NDIS Pricing Essentials: These sessions are suitable for those with little to no prior knowledge of NDIS Pricing - Sole traders (support workers, Allied Health and Support Coordinators) new to self-employment; Accounts and service staff new to the NDIS sector and Those planning to start a disability support business
Mastering NDIS Pricing: These sessions are suitable for those with existing knowledge of NDIS Pricing, wanting to 'level up', including; Support Coordinators and Recovery Coaches; NDIS Provider finance staff and NDIS Business Owners and Managers
🔵 Why These Sessions Matter
Compliance within the NDIS continues to tighten. There is an expectation that all NDIS Providers have a full understanding of their obligations in service delivery and financial accountability. Regular Payment Integrity Audits (PIAs) on registered and non-registered providers are an ongoing reality. All providers of disability supports who are invoicing against NDIS funding must do so accurately and within the NDIS Operational Guidelines. This session will empower you with up‑to‑date, practical insights into your responsibilities.

Wild Skills Australia provides structured, nature-based capacity-building experiences for adolescents and adults who benefit from practical, real-world learning in outdoor environments.
Sessions are intentionally small and personalised, focusing on confidence, communication, decision-making, executive functioning, social connection, community participation and independence. Activities may include bush cooking, fishing, wildlife observation, environmental exploration, outdoor problem-solving and citizen science projects.
Wild Skills is particularly suited to participants who engage best through hands-on experiences rather than traditional classroom-style settings. Sessions can be delivered one-on-one or in small groups and are tailored to individual interests, goals and support needs.
A developing focus of the program is participation in simple citizen science projects, giving participants opportunities to contribute to genuine environmental observations and community knowledge while building practical skills and confidence.
Service Areas:
⚪ Cairns, Northern Beaches
⚪ Tablelands
⚪ Port Douglas
⚪ Mossman
⚪ and surrounding Far North Queensland areas.

🌸 Services
I provide in-person decluttering and home organisation support to help participants create calmer, easier-to-manage spaces. This includes decluttering, setting up simple systems, support with decision-making, and assistance during moves or life transitions. All support is non-judgemental, tailored, and focused on building confidence and independence in the home.
🌸 How is what I do different from a cleaner?
Cleaners do a surface-level tidy-up, and then clean. Distinct from this, I work alongside participants to reduce overwhelm, make decisions, and create systems that support daily life. My role is to build capability and clarity so the home feels more manageable long term.
🌸 Who can benefit from my service?
NDIS participants who feel overwhelmed at home, struggle with organisation or executive functioning, are neurodivergent, or need physical assistance to manage their home environment. This includes anyone who finds the physical, mental, or emotional load of decluttering difficult. Anyone wanting a clearer, calmer space can benefit.
🌸 What does a session look like?
Sessions are calm and achievable. We choose a simple goal, break tasks into small steps, work side-by-side at a comfortable pace (participant is free to take breaks as needed and I can continue), categorise and organise, and end with clear next steps and recommendations. If a participant isn’t physically able to carry out the tasks, I can complete the hands-on work while they make decisions in whatever way works best for them. The focus is reducing overwhelm and creating steady progress.
🌸 How my support aligns with NDIS goals
My support helps participants increase independence, build organisational and decision-making skills, maintain a safe home environment, develop routines, manage transitions, and reduce stress. All support assists in daily living, and is aimed to be capacity-building and tailored to the individual.
🌸 Compliance & Billing
I hold a current Disability Worker Screening (Yellow Card) and Working with Children Card (Blue Card), and the business is fully insured.
I invoice using the same line number as a support worker as I work alongside the participant to assist in their daily lives, but capacity building budget can also sometimes be used where appropriate, depending on the plan goals and needs of the participant.
