I'm Mick from Tropical Transfers. I run a small Airport transfer/day tour business here in Cairns.
My main service area is Cairns, Northern Beaches and Port Douglas, but I will service as far down as Innisfail.
I can also go to the the tablelands and as far as Mossman. All transfers will need to be pre booked at least a day in advance.
I have 2 pre-set tour options available on my website that are fully inclusive. I can also tailor a suitable day tour package if requested.
I have 9 normal passenger seats available in my van. I don't have wheelchair access currently.
There are set prices for my day tours and airport transfers but can negotiate any other services required.

The Soul Shack – FNQ Occupational Therapy is a registered NDIS provider on the outskirts of Cairns that provides activity-based short-term accommodation / respite care for people with disability.
We run supported five-day group stays once a fortnight. Our stays are open to people of all ages, with support provided at a minimum 1:2 support ratio.
The Soul Shack is a two-acre farm-stay property in Deeral, with a huge tropical atrium (perfect for rainy days), a fruit tree orchard, and a host of beautiful, friendly animals (including miniature horses, donkeys, cows, pigs, chickens, geese, ducks, guinea pigs, cockatiels, cats, and dogs).
We can accommodate up to 24 guests in comfortable, air-conditioned, dorm-style rooms.
Each stay is packed with activities that have been intentionally selected or developed by an Occupational Therapist to work towards improving guests’ functional capacity and independence.
The team at The Soul Shack is varied and diverse, and includes an Occupational Therapist, Allied Health Assistants, support workers, students, carers, and people with disability.
We provide an all-in-one immersive group stay situation where people with disability can improve their functional capacity and independence, develop their social skills, make new friends, and take part in all kinds of fun and challenging activities—all in a safe and supportive environment.

BucketList Dreamtime provides NDIS-supported day adventures, short getaways, and supported travel for participants who want to enjoy life beyond the everyday and tick off their bucket list dreams.
We support community participation through fully assisted outings, events, overnight stays and holidays, including cruises and regional trips to explore, or to visit family and friends. We’re based in the Cairns region in Queensland, and we can support travel anywhere in Australia.
Founder Ewan has worked in aged and disability care since 2007. His pathway into disability support became deeply personal when he employed a young man living with cerebral palsy named Phillip.
Over the years, Phillip and Ewan’s working relationship grew into a lifelong friendship, and the holidays they shared together became the moments Ewan looked forward to most. Those trips (the planning, the anticipation, and the joy of getting out and doing something meaningful) planted the original idea for BucketList Dreamtime. Phillip Brown, a mate who helped shape the heart of what this business stands for.

All-Abilities Teen Camps
Our sleepover weekend camps bring together young people of different abilities. We focus on fun and making friends through active and playful activities outdoors. Our approach is to encourage teens to find common bonds while we also celebrate the qualities that make us all unique. We feel it is important to get young people off their devices and out into the natural world, where they can learn to have fun without screens. For young people looking to make connections to people and nature, this is the place!
Facilitated by an activities leader, support workers and a team nurse, our camps are well-suited for young people who may need extra support and attention, but are ready for the challenge of a multi-day adventure. As an added bonus, while the teens are having fun parents get a respite from their caring responsibilities.

During your stay I would like to help you find your perfect balance of adventure and relaxation. A day could bespent by the pool, baking some treats, watching a movie or even using the home gym. If a bit of adventure iswhat you like then exploring the Great barrier reef and local islands is only a boat ride away. Maybe a littlehike though the rainforest or hanging out at the zoo is more your thing. There is so much to do in our lovelybackyard and surrounding towns and I am happy to tailor the experience around yourself and your needs.

I have worked in a range of roles and environments with kids with ASD from community access, residential care, school engagement, and emotional regulation with both carers and clients.
I have a passion for the ocean with a background in training and teaching, am a qualified chef, and house and care for a miniature farm of chickens, guinea pigs and birds, some of which love working in a therapeutic environment to help regulate emotions.
