My name is Ben Jones, and I am a dedicated and experienced Independent NDIS support worker based in Cairns, Queensland. I have been providing support services to NDIS participants for over 3 years now, and I would like to offer my services to you or your loved one.
I relocated to Cairns from Melbourne nine years ago and have been actively involved in outdoor activities, such as hiking, nature walks, chasing waterfalls, fishing, gym, biking, and sports. I play AFL and squash locally, and also coached the girls under 18 AFL side. I am passionate about promoting a healthy and active lifestyle.
As an NDIS support worker, I understand the importance of building strong relationships with my clients and their families. I take pride in delivering high-quality care and support including personal care that is tailored to meet individual needs, preferences, and goals.
I have experience in multiple areas, including non-verbal clients, mental health clients, high-intensity supports, diabetes management, and community engagement.
Qualifications and Certifications: I am qualified with First Aid, CPR, NDIS orientation, COVID safe training, public liability insurance and hold a valid driver's license. I also continuously undertake various training and certification courses to upskill and gain the knowledge and skills to excel in the industry. These qualifications and certifications demonstrate my commitment to providing safe, reliable, and professional support services.
Compassion and Empathy: I believe that providing support services is not just about fulfilling daily tasks, but also about building strong relationships with clients and their families. I approach every client with compassion and empathy, and I strive to create a positive and supportive environment.

Can't recommend FNQ All Ability Services enough! Ben has gone above and beyond time and time again for my brother and I've seen such a positive change in him since Ben has been his support worker, it's nice to see him smiling more. Thank you Ben.
