Navigate change and identify pathways (personally and professionally).
Manage life stressors, including responses such as anxiety and depression.
Improve wellbeing, utilising a strength-based approach.
Build a more positive self-concept by reframing unhelpful thought patterns.
Enhance communication and relationships (including couples and families).
Develop strategies specific to ADHD strengths and challenges.
Tailor approaches for education and the workplace, including requests for support when relevant.
Fees and Session Details
- 60-minute counselling session, $90
- 90-minute counselling session, $110
Appointments are now available in Mareeba on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays.
We are located upstairs in the Mareeba Natural Therapies building.
