Having grown up in North Queensland, Mark understands what it means to be a part of a community, the importance of giving back to community, and the value of being able to access high quality health care in regional Queensland.
Mark’s formal qualification of a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy is coupled with almost a decade of experience, as well as holding a number of senior and management roles across both Townsville and Cairns. Mark is also a qualified Occupational Therapy Driving Assessor.
Mark is experienced in a variety of clinical settings, having worked with a number of insurance schemes (i.e. NDIS, WorkCover QLD), and holds interests in Autism, Intellectual Disability, Dementia, Stroke and Mental Health. His professional values of integrity, respect and compassion underpin Remarkable OT's mission - to improve the quality of life of people with a disability in Far North QLD.
