I am a sole trader offering person centred counselling to address a wide range of client concerns. Clients aged 5 and upwards are accepted.
I use a range of counselling modalities including Cognitive based, solution focused, strengths based and play therapies when working with clients.
I have experience assisting clients living with disability including learning disability, autism spectrum, ADHD, personality disorders as well as other mental health conditions. I am also a Mindfulness practitioner. Mindfulness is a powerful practice which can assist clients in their day to day living and this training is embedded in my work with clients.
