Our NDIS team are a group of highly experienced Allied Health Professionals who work closely with participants to identify their needs and assist in achieving goals.We believe in leading change through a holistic, passionate and team driven approach. We offer services to participants on NDIS plans that are of both child and adult age and in addition to face to face assessments, we are also able to offer home assessments and telehealth appointments.
We currently have capacity for OT and Psychology with referrals made via the easy to complete online referral process at the website address.
Current occupational therapy services offered include:
• Functional capacity assessments;
• Improved daily living skills and retraining;
• AT assessments and prescription;
• Equipment prescription;
• Manual and powered wheelchair assessment and prescription;
• Minor home modifications;
• Early intervention;
• Falls assessment and prevention;
• Comprehensive report writing;
• Ongoing therapy, support and management.
Current psychology services offered include:
• Specialised assessment, diagnosis and treatment of mental health, behavioural and emotional conditions;
• Assessment of cognitive or intellectual functioning;
• Rehabilitation and management of cognitive difficulties;
• Support with adjustment to a new health condition or challenges related to a lifelong disability;
• Support around issues including grief, loss, depression, self-esteem, motivation, goal setting, anger, social skills identity, interpersonal conflict and managing fatigue
