Our passion for working with multi-disciplinary teams, collaborating responses that are person focused to ensure a wholistic approach to working with the participant. We value working from a strengths perspective, and person focused to ensure the participant feels heard and is able to reach their life goals.
We offer support workers who are trained within our organisation to come along side the participant and family, offering in home support with flexible delivery times when teaching replacement behaviours to ensure our participants develop sustainable outcomes.
