STEPS can help people with a disability transition from school into work through School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES).STEPS knows everyone has unique needs, aspirations and life experiences. STEPS has the resources available to help you identify your interests and goals.
We’ll work with you to trial and develop your skills across multiple employment areas until we help you find the right fit, helping to make you job ready. We’ll work with you to help build your skills and confidence in the areas where you would like help.

Through SLES, STEPS can provide up to 24 months of support for Year 12 school leavers with a disability, depending on your individual circumstances. We’ll work with you on a step-by-step plan which will help to prepare
