We specialise in working with children, teen, and families. We are a family focused clinic.
Offering individual sessions, family sessions, parenting programs and kids groups. We are available for home visits and school visits upon request. Working from a trauma based model with a focus on securing a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship with clients. Using a diverse range of therapeutic approaches including but not limited to Sandplay Therapy, Expressive Therapies, Play based therapies, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (Focused Psychological Services), Dialectal Behavioural Therapy, and solution focused therapies.
Art / Dance / Music Therapy.
Anna has a Master of Social Work, Graduate Certificate in Dance Movement therapy. Master of Creative Arts therapy and Bachelor of Fine Arts.
Anna can assist you and your family with managing Anxiety, Stress Depression, Emotional Release and Trauma Processing, Trauma and Attachment Therapy. If you are unsure please get in touch. We are very excited to be able to offer more services to our community. Offering some group work in the near future 🙂
