Art Therapy group sessions for teens. I am a registered teacher as well as an art therapist.
Art therapy group sessions for teens are a great way to dwell into issues that are common to teens in a comfortable environment. These sessions facilitate exploring common teen issues such as self-esteem, friendships, body image, loss and grief, media influence etc through art therapy while enhancing emotional well-being, reducing anxiety and depression. These sessions are a great way for teens to meet other teenagers experiencing similar issues and make friends.
Sessions held after school between 4pm-5:45pm
Contact Tamara for further details on 0447 041 290.
