Art therapy group sessions for teens are a great way to dwell into issues that are common to teens in a comfortable environment. These sessions facilitate exploring common teen issues such as self-esteem, friendships, body image, loss and grief, media influence etc through art therapy while enhancing emotional well-being, reducing anxiety and depression. These sessions are a great way for teens to meet other teenagers experiencing similar issues and make friends.

Classes are small and inclusive and open to individuals with disabilities and can be tailored to an individual’s needs and Art goals. All the classes are run by Art professionals in their field and have qualified disability workers or trainers that assists and enables participants to reach their Artistic goals. Helping you develop your style through different forms of art
Work is safely stored and can be worked on at other times with a support worker.
Participants get the opportunity to exhibit and sell their art in the biannually exhibition and/or through The Kite Gallery Shop.

You don't need to be able to draw or paint to join a program. Art Dojo is about reigniting the childhood enjoyment of creating from within.
Classes include demonstrations, discussion and guidance. I encourage free-play art creation and can assist you to unlock your creativity.
Activities may include drawing, painting, colouring, collage, and modelling clay sculpture.
Venues are suitable for wheelchair access and activities can be adjusted to suit specific needs.

Products are available to purchase from the studio. Classes are available for all ages 5 and above.
Kettle Black Pottery can provide 2 hour Pottery workshops using terracotta clay-1 on 1 tutoring.
Felicity has 7 years ceramics experience and 6 years as a disability support worker.
Studio has full insurance- l am changing the support worker 1 on 1 rate- not under clay therapy (as this is more expensive than many Clients can afford)
All work shops are 2 hours and you are welcome to attend with a weeks notice- no set term fee

The centre offers comfortable rooms to suit individual counselling, art and sandplay therapeutic work as well as groups.
