I am a passionate Creative Therapist, Psychosocial Coach and Registered Educator working in private practice - Vitality Events
I offer individual Art Therapy and Coaching (specializing in Mental Health) for adults and children, and find such methods to be best for supporting personal healing and ways forward.
For over 14 years I have worked with 1:1 adult and child clients across Cairns and FNQ. I am a registered teacher, having facilitated various wellness workshops within the Cairns Mental Health, Education (Primary and High school level), University and Community Service Sector.
I use Jungian psychology, recovery orientated practice and strengths based approaches as modalities that influence my practice.
