Dr Kilcawley is a medically qualified doctor who has completed extensive specialist training in psychiatry and as a child and adolescent psychiatrist. Dr Siva Bala completed his graduate degree in Medicine at the University of Western Australia and became a fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP) in 2007. He is also an International Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association. He has a certificate of advanced training in Adult Psychiatry and is a member of the Faculty of Forensic Psychiatry of the RANZCP.
