Stefanie is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW) with more than 20yrs experience in a range of settings. Stefanie has completed a Graduate Certificate in Grief Loss and Trauma Therapy. Stefanie is also a teacher in Yoga as Lifestyle Medicine and offers the following modalities:
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR)
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
Mindfulness Training
Stefanie has experience providing therapeutic interventions to people across the lifespan and works with a wide range of presenting needs including depression, anxiety, low self esteem, family separation, self harm, suicidality, adjustment issues, addiction, end of life care and specializes in trauma recovery, adjustment, and grief and loss support.
