Positive Transitions - Each One Teach One is a First Nation company who provides support to Indigenous an Non-Indigenous people which was founded by Sovara Ross.
Sovara Ross has over 18 year's experience working in the Child Safety and NDIS sector.
This experience will set the foundation for providing a professional service to children, young people and Adults who are presenting with complex high-risk behaviors.
Positive Transition- Each One Teach One is currently servicing in Cairns and surrounding areas, Atherton, Mareeba, Innisfail, Townsville and Mount Isa.
