The mission of NDISP is to ensure SDA tenants are provided with the freedom to choose from a range of high quality, highly desirable properties.
We believe that having a home that is both functional and appealing is a fundamental key to long term mental health, general happiness and participation in the community.
All people with disability and complex care needs should have the opportunity to live in high quality, highly desirable housing that enables them to live as independently as possible.
To this end NDISP aims to create, sell and manage accessible housing that exceeds the expectations of the tenants in design, livability and location.
NDISP is an SDA registered provider and licensed Real Estate Agency. We work with people who are person centred and all about choice and control for participants.

Positive Transitions - Each One Teach One is a First Nation company who provides support to Indigenous an Non-Indigenous people which was founded by Sovara Ross.
Sovara Ross has over 18 year's experience working in the Child Safety and NDIS sector.
This experience will set the foundation for providing a professional service to children, young people and Adults who are presenting with complex high-risk behaviors.

Anneke Andrews possesses 19 years of experience as an experienced local community health practitioner and the first NDIS registered provider in the region when NDIS commenced.

Kinkera Community is a specialist disability accommodation and transitional care provider that designs homes with you at the heart of every blueprint. Our vision is to create integrated communities that include people with disability that encourages our residents to achieve independence and live the life of their choosing.
We are also committed to the separation of accommodation options from direct supports and have therefore always been and will always remain an SDA provider only. This separation allows for individuals living in their home, more choice and control and eliminates the potential conflict of interest that can exist when your chosen support provider is also your landlord.

Located on the iconic and accessible Cairns Esplanade, the Spinal Life Healthy Living Centre is dedicated to supporting the health and wellbeing of people with spinal cord damage and other physical disabilities. We are Cairns’ first and only fully accessible short term and Holiday Accommodation provider.
Everything about the Centre has been built to be fully accessible for wheelchair and mobility device users, from the accommodation to the Active Gym, hydrotherapy pool, Café, and Community Rooms.

Our Mainstream Support
Coordinators have expert knowledge of service offerings – including mainstream, community, and informal supports – and have strong provider networks in the participant’s local area. Within this team, we have technical advisors in culture, language, sensory supports, education, housing, and child safety
Our Hospital to Home Support
Coordinators are highly experienced in hospital/respite transitions to home/country. Lead by our First Nations Executive Manager, Josh, this team works directly with the local hospitals, aged care facilities and the NDIA to move people out of inappropriate accommodation, into a home with supports. This team specialises in Specialist Disability Accommodation, Assistive Technology, and Supported Living Arrangements.
Complex Support Needs Pathway
Provides Specialised Support Coordination for participants living with a disability who have many different challenges impacting on their lives such as mental health issues, incarceration or homelessness, and need a higher level of specialised supports in their plan.

Synapse provides a range of support services for people who have been impacted by brain injury and disability, and promotes quality of life, self-determination and choice through information, specialist support and targeted research activities.
Housing Options
We know how important it is to live a quality life at home and we understand the specific housing needs that relate to brain injury.
We will support you to connect with and coordinate NDIS funded housing activities, ensuring life with a brain injury is lived as independently as possible.

We are a group of down-to-earth humans, delivering a sophisticated range of therapies, experiences and care in an active, learning environment. Our team of support workers are trained to deliver a high level of integrative care, including therapy programs, complimentary medicine, supported outings and overnight care to a young person with high physical needs resulting from a catastrophic brain injury.
Our small, team provides 24 x 7 in-home support that enables a young adult to live in their own home, with people they love, in their own community. (We do not support congregate care for young people with disabilities.)
