One to one online session work with emotions and healing past trauma on all levels, specifically childhood abuse and trauma. I work directly with subconscious behavioural and emotional patterns to identify original patterns causing disharmony and pain, whether that be physical pain (disease, injury, chronic pain), Emotional Pain (Depression, Anxiety) or Mental Pain (Overthinking, Insomnia).
I believe that happiness starts with the first step towards change and an understanding that healing and growth is a process of the movement of energy. My entire business is structured around "A Self Empowered Approach To Health." This means I want to empower you to heal yourself by giving you the tools to do this, both on a conscious and subconscious level.
Other services for NDIS clients for those who have accommodation budget include attending Empowering Women Retreats or Alchemy of Men Retreats www.alchemyofmen.com.au (All retreats and workshops are tailored to meet personal NDIS goals and outcomes of group interaction, personal sharing and learning and growth. Approval is given through individual accommodation benefits. I highly recommend the Alchemy of Men Retreat for Men who are suffering anxiety and depression who would have access through their plan to attend.

Expressive arts therapy, eco therapy/nature healing, and a combination of both, available to children, adolescents, adults, and small groups.
Eco Art therapy is a gentle way to work on habitual patterns of thought and behaviour which are causing disharmony, to reduce anxiety levels, to attend to trauma, to build self-confidence/sense of agency, develop communication/emotional intelligence and social skills, and to learn new ways of regulating the nervous system.
At Innerbloom Art Therapy, we combine the arts and nature into psychotherapy (talk-therapy), offering opportunities to connect to the natural world, to develop self-awareness through exploration, expression, and growth.
Combining nature into the creative process, clients may explore new ways of considering different situations and gain new perspectives that help them to move forward into the future with a healthier self & world-view.
Within a nurturing therapeutic relationship, expressive arts offer a way to connect to the Self, and to communicate in ways which often cannot be put into words through visual art-making, sand-play, sculpting, ephemeral eco-art, drama, play-based, and movement modalities.
Trauma-informed, client-centred services are NDIS eligible for clients who are self or plan managed, where-by together we may develop a tailor-made therapeutic plan for individual sessions that attend to both plan and personal goals.
While I am not a registered NDIS provider at this stage, services are NDIS eligible for plans that are self-managed or managed by a support coordinator.
I also offer zoom sessions and can offer in-person sessions at an indoor location.

I have a specialisation in Animal Assisted Psychotherapy, however, over the years, I have used an eclectic approach to counselling, generally to fit with the needs of my clients, as of course we are all unique. I have developed an appreciation for the need of different modalities to bring about change using supportive, effective and evidence based approaches. Some clients feel more relaxed being able to sit and talk, others may need to go for a walk in nature while participating in a counselling session. Some may need some help to express their unconscious messages through expressive therapies. I would love to assist you to discover what works for you!
I have a Bachelor of Education and Master of Guidance and Counselling (2012) which has led me on an interesting path over the years, helping with post separation parenting, adult NDIS and child and adolescent related issues.
I have qualifications in Sand Play Therapy and Symbol work (2019), Circle of Security Facilitation (2021) and Animal Assisted Psychotherapy (2024).
Being able to tune in and trust the wisdom of your own body, feelings and whole being along with support can be a powerful tool for promoting mental and emotional well-being.
I welcome all who wish to be supported on their healing journey and would be honoured to witness that journey with you.
Confidential phone or Zoom appointments are welcome.
