One to one online session work with emotions and healing past trauma on all levels, specifically childhood abuse and trauma. I work directly with subconscious behavioural and emotional patterns to identify original patterns causing disharmony and pain, whether that be physical pain (disease, injury, chronic pain), Emotional Pain (Depression, Anxiety) or Mental Pain (Overthinking, Insomnia).
I believe that happiness starts with the first step towards change and an understanding that healing and growth is a process of the movement of energy. My entire business is structured around "A Self Empowered Approach To Health." Her experience includes working with texture-modified diets, pureed meals, sensory sensitivities, allergies, and other complex dietary requirements. Sarah has also worked extensively with individuals with ASD, ADHD, and disabilities that affect physical capabilities. She is flexible, patient, and accommodating, ensuring that each person’s needs are met with care and attention.

Hello, my name is May from Pure Joy Naturopathy, practising Naturopathy, Chair Yoga and Reiki & Ayurvedic massage.
Teaching Chair Yoga has become one of my passions because I’ve gone through some difficulties practising yoga on the mat. When I tried chair yoga for the first time, I thought it was a great yoga style for people who are not able to do mainstream styles of yoga.
The chair yoga class is a gentle and meditative activity. It is excellent for seniors, or for people who have limited mobility.
The breathing technique will assist in easing anxiety. Taking good care of our mental health is as vital as looking after our physical health to become more resilient and adapt to a new environment.
Join me through a calming chair yoga practice. Please encourage your elderly friends or family members to join! I am very confident that gentle chair yoga will help all participants both mentally and physically.
No previous experience is required.
