Category 5 Emergency Care is a Far North Queensland based business providing a wide range of high quality courses and Event Healthcare Solutions for corporate events, concerts, sporting events and public gatherings .
Our team includes Nurses, Paramedics, Medics (Paramedic/Nursing Students) to give you peace of mind at your event. Our course instructors are experts in their field and when they're not teaching courses, they are working as Paramedics, Medics, Lifeguards and Sports Trainers. Our courses can be tailored to meet the needs of your organisation and we can deliver onsite at your workplace or in one of our training venues.
To complement these services we also sell first aid kits and emergency equipment. Our services cater to multiple industries and extend across Australia with clientele spanning as far north as the Torres Strait and south to Victoria.

We have male and female trainers.

Our aim is for participants to gain the confidence and skills to undertake the initial management of injuries and illnesses occurring within the workplace, home, recreational and remote settings. With enthusiasm and a true commitment to this subject, our first aid trainers and assessors encourage a positive, competency based learning environment enhanced by a practical, hands-on approach.
Our first aid courses are carried out by trainers who have a medical background, which will ensure that you not only have interesting and relevant content, but your practical session will be conducted by experienced and professional pre-hospital care staff. Some organisations will only teach you what you are assessed on and not a full comprehensive first aid course, our objective is to make our course as interesting as possible and give you as much practical experience as possible.
