CRP Assisted Transport offers you door-to-door transport to help you get where you need to go.
You will be collected from your door and assisted to my car if you need it, whether it’s an arm to hold for support or an umbrella to protect you from the rain. I can drop you where you need to be and come back and pick you up, or I can wait with you and get you home straight after your appointment. I can assist you with doing some grocery shopping, drop you at the movies, take you to a medical appointment or even to the hairdresser – whatever you need. I do not provide in-home support so I can only help you to get out and about in the community. My rates are reflective of this, and you only pay for the time I am transporting and/or assisting you.
I am a registered Commissioner of Declarations, have a Worker Screening Criminal History check, Blue Card as well as Public Liability and Vehicle Insurance and I have undertaken the NDIS Worker Orientation module as well as having undertaken Driver Safety and Infection Control training.
My time is charged from pick up to drop off at $51.00 per hour (.85 cents per minute). There is a minimum charge of 30 minutes for any trip, with each additional minute charged at $0.85 cents per minute. I can drop you off and will come back at a nominated time or I can wait with you or nearby, ready for the return trip when you are. You will only be charged when I am with you or waiting for you at your request. There is an additional charge of $1.00 per kilometre for the transport.
All charges can be billed directly to your NDIS Plan Manager or paid directly as I am not a registered provider.

Positive Parenting Program (Triple P)
This program has seminars, group workshops and individual consultations if you have children up the age of 16. It'll help you develop positive relationships, set family routines and rules that work.

Far North Support Alarms provide assistive technology solutions to help people stay connected with the community for longer, providing peace of mind for the alarm user and their family. In the event of an emergency, the alarm provides a way to contact emergency services from anywhere in the home or garden with just a press of a button.
The alarms deliver a service that provides up to 40 hours’ battery backup in the event of a power outage. Each alarm is supplied with a pendant that can be worn on the wrist or around the neck, allowing the user to activate an alarm call from anywhere in the home, without having to struggle to reach a phone.
How it works
When the alarm is activated via the pendant or the central alarm unit, it contacts a 24/7 monitoring centre, putting the user in contact with a trained care consultant who will aid the user by carrying out their direct request or assessing the situation and determining what action needs to be taken; such as contacting a family member or friend, after-hours doctor, or emergency services. Our care consultant will stay on the line until help arrives.

Hi, I'm Jerry, an Independent Support Worker with experience across mental health covering psychosocial, and neuro divergent disabilities. I can also assist participants who have listed physical disabilities, brain, or spinal injuries.
Over 35 years of lived experience, and 3 years as a disability support worker and some, aged care experience that predominantly covers dementia.
Knowledge of the NDIS systems and processes were gained while previously employed as a support coordinator. This often helps my clients by providing them with additional information or access to funds , supports or assistive technology that they have not been told about.

Our services are designed to reflect this philosophy, offering nursing, support services and care/support coordination that address not just the symptoms but the overall wellness of each individual. We are dedicated to fostering a supportive and nurturing environment, prioritising the dignity and comfort of those in our care. Able To Wellbeing are a service provider and we are able to be contracted by providers to deliver services on their behalf. Able To Wellbeing pride ourselves on working collaboratively with service providers and funding holders to deliver high-quality services and supports to their clients.
We offer a variety of health services which can support your health and wellness needs. We offer a broad range of services, both clinical and non-clinical. Services include:

We also offer a toe and fingernail cutting service in the home, using high quality equipment and sterilisation using a Class B steriliser. Our website is still under development, but by mid August 2024 this will be up and running
Able To Wellbeing was established with the desire to not only deliver high-quality care, but as a small business owner to deliver compassionate and flexible care and services to our clients and their loved ones. We will help our clients to live the life they choose, providing support to remain as independent as possible including education and skills development. It is our passion to walk the journey with our clients on their path to wellness, ensuring our clients and their loved ones are at the forefront of care. We are understanding, thoughtful and respectful in all our interactions, and encourage our clients and their loved ones to provide us with feedback which helps us to enhance our services.
Our founder has over 15 year's experience in the healthcare sector and in leadership and business management roles. Ensuring we operate within set guidelines and legislation is vital, and we pride ourselves on our internal review and auditing processes to ensure compliance with our policies and procedures.
We are a mobile service and deliver care in the clients home and in community. We also offer telehealth where this is appropriate. We services most areas in the Cairns, Tablelands, Douglas/Mossman and Cassowary Coast area however, travel time and kms may apply as per the SCHADS award.

Mossman Port Douglas Counselling Services (MPDCS) provides confidential, professional counselling services, either face-to-face or using telehealth (ages 5+). MPDCS provides Workshops, Supervision, Employee Assistance Programs and a FREE Monthly Support Group. MPDCS also provides counselling support for WorkCover and assorted Insurance Scheme clients, and NDIS participants (plan-managed or self-managed). Private health rebates are available.
MPDCS is located at 4/5954 Captain Cook Highway, Craiglie (“The RoundHouse” – Port Douglas) and we offer residents and visitors to the Douglas Shire the opportunity to make a face-to-face or telehealth counselling appointment over the 7-day week. All counselling is strictly by appointment only, no walk-ins.

Signpedia is a Deaf owned and operated service provider, offering nationwide services and supports to the Australian Deaf Community and other Auslan users.
We specialise in supporting those who use Auslan or visual ways of communicating, such as gestures, but also those who communicate by lipreading. Our clients include those who are autistic, non-verbal and those with selective mutism.
Signpedia’s vision is to build a strong Deaf and hard of hearing community that supports each other.
We have a community hub in Bungalow, Cairns, where clients are welcome to visit and meet other likeminded individuals, form new friendships, and build important life skills. They are welcome to engage and participate in group activities that our hub runs daily. These activities include Cooking Classes, Arts and crafts, Sewing, Auslan classes and outdoor activities such as BBQ’s, Fishing, Camping and much more.
In FNQ we service the whole of the Far north Region from Townsville up to Cape York Peninsula.

Youth Support Program (YSP) Cairns uses strengths-based approaches to assist young people who are at risk of disconnecting from family, community, school, training and employment. This includes working with young people who are at risk of self-harm, homelessness, substance misuse and /or young parents.
YSP aims to assist young people to improve their capacity to develop independent living skills as well as improving their overall health and wellbeing.
A free and confidential service for young people aged 8-21 in the Cairns Region.

MSJ Australia is an organisation built on family values driven with a passion to care and support people with disabilities and young persons within Child Protection Services.
We provide NDIS support services across the Northern Territory and FNQ with participants from Townsville, Cairns, Darwin, Palmerston and remote communities such as Jabiru, Gunbalanya, Wadeye, Tiwi Islands, Palm Island, Doomadgee and Maningrida.
Our aim is to personalise the experience of those who seek help and support. We believe that we can achieve this by prioritising the needs and goals of our participants and young persons to support them in their endeavours to live their best life.
We are registered under NDIS with capacity to undertake Community Access, SIL, STA and Support Coordination.
