Business Description

My name is Sarah Lansley-Reid and I run Home Resets by SLR, a judgment-free, neurodivergent-affirming cleaning, organising, and home reset service based in Trinity Beach, Cairns. We specialise in deep cleaning, decluttering, and functional resets for real-life homes — not the rushed surface cleans many people have become used to.

We work closely with individuals, families, and their allied health professionals to provide practical, respectful in-home support. Every service is collaborative and personalised, with time taken to understand sensory needs, priorities, and overwhelm points. Our approach is calm, respectful, and grounded in genuine care for personal space, trust, and creating peace through order.

I am neurodivergent and a proud autism mum, with lived experience supporting people across all levels of ADHD and autism (including PDA profiles), as well as OCD, hoarding behaviours, burnout, and periods of transition. This lived experience shapes how we work — with flexibility, compassion, and zero judgement.

All professional cleaning tools and equipment are supplied, including vacuum and mopping systems. Non-toxic products are used wherever possible, and we always check in with clients about sensitivities, triggers, and preferences before bringing any products into the home. All equipment is thoroughly cleaned, sanitised, and reset between every home to prevent cross-contamination and to protect participants with complex immunity, chemical, or germ sensitivities.

Our team includes both male and female staff, and services are delivered in teams of two to support client comfort, dignity, safety, and consistency within the home. All workers hold current Disability Worker Screening (DWS) and Working with Children checks, First Aid and CPR certification, and the business is fully insured.

Services include deep and maintenance cleans, end-of-lease and restoration cleans (including precision-led and sensory-aware cleans), home organising (pantries, wardrobes, and storage areas), body-doubling support, rubbish removal, donation runs, on-site and off-site laundry services, and whole-home resets during periods of overwhelm or change.

No rushing. No judgement. Just genuine, respectful support that meets people where they’re at.

Areas Serviced:

♦ Cairns Region (Gordonvale to Port Douglas.)
♦ Mobile, in-home service by appointment.
♦ Telehealth: Not applicable

We are not  NDIS registered - Services suitable for self-managed and plan-managed participants.

Business Description

Our mission is to support the independence, autonomy and quality of life for clients in the community who have a disability.

We also focus on more rural areas (aka the Tablelands and outer regions) where participants living in rural areas may find it difficult to locate services, particularly services that are local and not impacted by road conditions/long travel.

Our main goal is to help you achieve what you want in your life!

We provide support in the home, nursing care, community access and various other supports!

We are based in Atherton, and provide services from Mareeba through to Herberton, Ravenshoe, Millstream, to Malanda and Yungaburra, with potential to provide services in a wider area than this on the Tablelands. We are currently only in person.

My email is allbility.makala@gmail.com, phone number listed below or contact me through the facebook page of Allbility.

Currently we are pending to be a registered provider and are working through the logistics of this, but are compliant with NDIS standards as an unregistered provider.

Business Description

🌸 Services
I provide in-person decluttering and home organisation support to help participants create calmer, easier-to-manage spaces. This includes decluttering, setting up simple systems, support with decision-making, and assistance during moves or life transitions. All support is non-judgemental, tailored, and focused on building confidence and independence in the home.

🌸 How is what I do different from a cleaner?
Cleaners do a surface-level tidy-up, and then clean. Distinct from this, I work alongside participants to reduce overwhelm, make decisions, and create systems that support daily life. My role is to build capability and clarity so the home feels more manageable long term.

🌸 Who can benefit from my service?
NDIS participants who feel overwhelmed at home, struggle with organisation or executive functioning, are neurodivergent, or need physical assistance to manage their home environment. This includes anyone who finds the physical, mental, or emotional load of decluttering difficult. Anyone wanting a clearer, calmer space can benefit.

🌸 What does a session look like?
Sessions are calm and achievable. We choose a simple goal, break tasks into small steps, work side-by-side at a comfortable pace (participant is free to take breaks as needed and I can continue), categorise and organise, and end with clear next steps and recommendations. If a participant isn’t physically able to carry out the tasks, I can complete the hands-on work while they make decisions in whatever way works best for them. The focus is reducing overwhelm and creating steady progress.

🌸 How my support aligns with NDIS goals
My support helps participants increase independence, build organisational and decision-making skills, maintain a safe home environment, develop routines, manage transitions, and reduce stress. All support assists in daily living, and is aimed to be capacity-building and tailored to the individual.

🌸 Compliance & Billing
I hold a current Disability Worker Screening (Yellow Card) and Working with Children Card (Blue Card), and the business is fully insured.
I invoice using the same line number as a support worker as I work alongside the participant to assist in their daily lives, but capacity building budget can also sometimes be used where appropriate, depending on the plan goals and needs of the participant.
