Able To Wellbeing are a service provider and we are able to be contracted by providers to deliver services on their behalf. Able To Wellbeing pride ourselves on working collaboratively with service providers and funding holders to deliver high-quality services and supports to their clients.

We offer a variety of health services which can support your health and wellness needs. We offer a broad range of services, both clinical and non-clinical. Services include:

Able To Wellbeing was established with the desire to not only deliver high-quality care, but as a small business owner to deliver compassionate and flexible care and services to our clients and their loved ones. We will help our clients to live the life they choose, providing support to remain as independent as possible including education and skills development. Our founder has over 15 year's experience in the healthcare sector and in leadership and business management roles. We are a mobile service and deliver care in the clients home and in community. We also offer telehealth where this is appropriate. We services most areas in the Cairns, Tablelands, Douglas/Mossman and Cassowary Coast area however, travel time and kms may apply as per the SCHADS award.

Sarah J provides practical support in meal preparation and skill building for NDIS participants and their families.

Drawing on 20 years of experience in hospitality, commercial kitchens, and qualifications in nutritional science, Sarah supports individuals with a wide range of dietary needs. Her experience includes working with texture-modified diets, pureed meals, sensory sensitivities, allergies, and other complex dietary requirements. Sarah has also worked extensively with individuals with ASD, ADHD, and disabilities that affect physical capabilities. She is flexible, patient, and accommodating, ensuring that each person’s needs are met with care and attention.

Sarah tailors her support to each individual, helping with general meal preparation, cooking skills, meal planning, recipe formulation, food safety practices, and more.

Support is delivered both in person and through practical digital resources, depending on individual needs.

Our passion is helping participants and families on How to live a better live through the power of healthy eating.

We are small team of qualified chefs that can help create menus,meals and shopping lists around your personal needs and dietary requirements, we then come and cook them at your home, We tailor every menu to your needs and are happy to make changes if required.

We also teach many participants from the basics of how to hold and use a knife correctly all the way to producing meals that they can be proud of. This can really help young people to gain independence and also helps family members know that we are helping make sure that great meals are being made for the participant.

We are an NDIS Registered Provider operating in Cairns & Far North Queensland.
