I am a qualified cook and have been teaching the children of Cairns to cook for 9 years. I am also a mother of two daughters who were both very fussy eaters when they were younger. This was my main motivation to teaching kids how to cook. I figured they would be more inclined to try new foods if they had made it. This has been successful with not only my children but many other kids who have come to me with the idea that they are 'picky eaters'. Our classes are fun, interactive and educational. The kids take home everything they make, along with all of the recipes to recreate the dishes at home.

We are excited to share our cooking classes designed for individuals with disabilities, where we embark on a journey of cooking skills, building independence and confidence.
All ages are welcome to our weekly class. We start with shopping together, then we will cook up a storm and finally we will gather together around the table to share not just meal but stories, laugh, and the spirit of togetherness.
