Founded by Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist, Rukmani Hart. Rukmani has over ten (10) years experience working specifically in managing adult communication and swallowing disorders associated with stroke, brain injury and progressive neurological conditions.
🔸Speech pathology services for adults with communication changes after stroke and other types of acquired brain injury (eg resulting from seizures, concussion, TBI, brain tumour).

Gabrielle is a Speech Pathologist servicing teenagers (ages 10+) and adults in clinic, at home, at school or via Telehealth. She is mostly based in the Cairns region but does occasional outreach.
With over 5 years' experience, Gabrielle has a particular interest in helping young people and teenagers to develop their language and literacy skills, as well as their improve social and emotional resilience. She uses neurodiverse affirming practices, and also has speciality training in gender affirming voice therapy.

We also run group exercise classes for $25 per session and these group classes are for anyone (NDIS, Aged Care, Privately paying public).
Also providing outreach services to the Tablelands twice a month for Psych and OT and once a month for Speech. We have an Allied Health Assistant on the Tablelands who does weekly therapy with our clients up there and will also be starting this same service for Innisfail in the coming months.
We have a brand-new clinic with a purpose built gym, fully accessible for NDIS Participants as well as numerous consult rooms. We will be able to do consultations in clinic or out in the community.
We are currently servicing the Cairns region as well as the Atherton Tablelands with plans to expand this radius as we grow.
We can’t wait to offer this service to the people of Cairns and are taking on new referrals right now!
