I am an Occupational Therapist with immediate availability for ADULT ONLY Functional Capacity Assessment (FCA) completion. Unbeatable turnaround times due to my bespoke, small caseload.
Offering telehealth Australia-wide, and in-person visits within the Cairns area. I accept self and plan-managed participants.
I focus on FCA reports only (SIL can be considered) so that I can simplify my service, and thus keep my turnaround times fast. This also means I can provide emergency FCA reports when needed at short notice.
I pride myself on compassion and actively listening to the participant and what it is they really want from their report.
I have extensive knowledge of trauma and how this transpires across many disabilities, and maintain the utmost sensitivity to this when conducting the assessments with the participants.
I pride myself on effective and thorough communication avenues with Support Coordinators, so that all crucial and essential information is delivered. This will ensure the FCA reflects the participant's needs in the most effective way to conform with NDIS requirements, maximising the chances of successful outcomes for the participant.
